Tri-Cities Post Services was born on February 4th, 2004. After successfully providing excellence in real estate sign posting in Northern California the owners, Carl and Anne Grissom, decided that they wanted to live up here in the Tri-Cities. We hired a real estate agent off the internet the summer of 2003 and signed the papers on our new home by October 2003. Our real estate agent was excited to learn that our services could be very useful in the Tri-Cities and we agreed. While we didn’t start out to start the business up here, we are so very grateful that we did.
11 years later we are the premier real estate sign posting company in Eastern Washington servicing real estate agents from Kennewick to Yakima. Our mission is simple:
